Elroy the Elk visits Derby concertgoers

Elroy the Elk visited children at the Dr. Ya Ya concert Tuesday night on the Derby Green. Local dentist and Derby Elks Lodge member Dr. Anita Dugatto sponsored the concert, which included distribution of drug awareness information.
